Some very dedicated smart staff

Cons

Management is terrible. Complete disregard for staff wellbeing in every way. Unmanageable patient loads . Poorly trained new hires.

Response from Hospital Director at Cincinnati: Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I agree, we have amazing, dedicated, and talented team members. I also agree that we have seen an unprecedented increase in caseload that has been very challenging. I am happy to report that we have hired more than 35 new team members since July, most of which are in newly created roles that will help with work life balance and increased patient care. Onboarding new team members creates both challenges and growth opportunities for our current team members to step into and to help mentor these individuals as they get ramped up. We appreciate your willingness and patience in helping them settle into the MedVet family. Additionally, next week we are opening a new wellness room that will focus on your well-being during the work day. While details are still being finalized, this room will be equipped with a couch, massage chair, yoga mats, and more wellness items that we hope help provide an area to de-stress while on breaks. I welcome you to find me any time to share your feedback directly on how we can better improve our training process and employee experience.

Pros

Nursing Department, Surgical Department, Clinical Management, CSRs. 24 hour service for clients. Employee benefits.

Cons

Could benefit from more space (designated areas for cats and louder dogs could be beneficial for both patients and staff). Cost to clients (it's an emergency clinic, so it's going to be more expensive than traditional costs at a GP).
