MedVet is an amazing company to work for. They believe in teamwork, leadership and compassion in everything they do. They really care about their employees and provide amazing benefits, including the Headspace app to help staff with stress during these pandemic times. The leadership is solid, caring, and amazing mentors to their staff. Everyone is passionate about helping animals and each other. Love this team!

The employees - docs, techs, assistants, and receptionists - are fun to work with. It’s a family style workplace.

Cons

I don’t know what it’s like since changing to MedVet. But when I was there management knew about the problems and wouldn’t do anything about it. And the manager was the angriest micro-manager. They don’t pay enough.
