Used to be a good company to work for, now I don't think they care about or value their employees. It's all about the #'s

Stress and burn-out

Pros

Great co-workers who are looking to do their best, great benefits and compensation

Cons

None of the pros here make up for the toll on mental health and the extremely high-stress levels. Everyone is incredibly overwhelmed and there is a lack of clear communication/expectations between departments and with clients. I don't normally leave reviews but I also don't normally experience the level of stress I have here so I felt compelled.

Pros

Incredible culture and team. I have worked in many startups and found too often that leadership is lacking. The Medable team is really talented and the senior leadership is super solid and supportive. Best company culture I have experienced to date (s/p 5 startups and 2 public cos).

Cons

If you do not like working hard, I would not recommend working at Medable. Everyone is at the top of their game and really likes what they do.
