A lot of the non director level folks are extremely nice and helpful.

Cons

If you want to lose your job with zero reasoning or notice. Join the company. Don’t take my word for it. Ask the hundreds of employees that are let go every couple months. Worst part is they’ll get on an all hands and say it’s a part of the reorg they are doing. They had a clause on my offer letter saying they can terminate me at anytime. The recruiter responded and said not to worry about that when asked about it.

Medable has been an incredible company to work for. The culture is built around teamwork and everyone is fully dedicated to the impactful mission. The entire company will always rally to find a way, and we always do. It's fun to work with such dedicated, brilliant, fun people from around the world. To top it off they offer great benefits including unlimited vacation!

Cons

We are fully remote and we don't get to collaborate in person as often as we would like to.
