      Pros

      Late stage startup vibe. Cool mission dedicated on improving a patient’s experience. Remote work. Spend money on employees.

      Cons

      Laid off out of no where. Company is extremely bloated, there is certainly more to come. Seemed to hire just to make splashes in the industry. When you boil it down, it’s all just the same eClinical platform as every other PRO provider out there.

      Hard work that’s worth it

      Pros

      Mission and people are unmatched. I’ve never worked anywhere with such an important mission and with so many incredibly talented, intelligent, and driven people.

      Cons

      It’s a start up in a post hyper growth phase so of course there are growing pains but nothing that can’t be solved.
