      - Many good members of the team - Good commission structure

      Cons

      - Sales Managers don't really lead, but manage from the comfort of a chair - You wont find a mentor that will help your career develop, its all about asking you how much did you sell today - Poor sales manager knowledge of the industry and customers

      Pros

      I get to work with some of the most supportive coworkers I have ever had. Everyone is here to work, everyone wants to make a difference and everyone wants to have fun while we do it. The fact that we're contributing to making clinical trials more accessible and faster to start while changing the healthcare industry makes it that much better. There are also amazing benefits that allow you to be the best person you can be at work and at home (even including your pets!).

      Cons

      It's a fast paced start up... If you're afraid to jump in with both feet, this may not be the place for you.
