This is certainly the hardest job you will likely ever have, and for good reason! Clinical Research is tough; there are multiple regulations to follow, complex client and site processes to adopt and change, unexpected events that occur during the course of a clinical trial. All of these aspects make a job at Medable tough, and so you'll certainly need resilience, dedication, perseverance and grit but in 20 years time at the end of your career this is the job you will look back on and say 'I was part of that' and there are not many positions that can give you that level of reward
