Cons

CEO & CTO are married. They don’t know what they are doing. No real product. CEO is very well connected in the Industry thus many awards even though the company is sinking. CTO doesn’t have any clue what to build. We have no CPO.

Lack of stability and incompetent leadership. Three layoffs in the last year or so. The only way anyone in leadership can justify keeping their jobs is to do yet another re-org.
