Pros

Medable is fully remote, competitive salary and benefits.

Cons

- Five layoffs in two years. - CEO and CTO are married, and have no idea how to run a successful company. Monthly all hands meetings are a joke, where we are told that everything is fine, and the 5th layoff is the path to profitability. - Friends of CEO are never in danger of being laid off, and are consistently given a pass while employees who are really making an impact are on the unemployment line. - Executive team know that the CEO (Michelle) is the problem, but will never speak up.

the 'product' does not work, lots of hype and press to make the CEO and company look good but once you are hired, you find out that the words do not line up with reality

Great team! At least the team I worked for.

Cons

Two layoffs pretty much letting go of 50% of the company. Wasting investor capital… no chance of feeling confident it will succeed. Favoritism across all departments
