Pros

Small company, some nice people.

Cons

Low pay, horrible managers, and lack of empathy. Random layoffs/firings. Random shutdowns. Salaried employees that talk down too others and dont pickup after themselves. Constant knowledge the company is trying to be sold (walk throughs from possible buyouts)

A little higher than normal pay, nice facility

Cons

Manager's handling issues not in there expertise nor job description. Directing others with no knowledge and insisting on cooperation because of the political culture.

Pros

Effective and pleasant management understand the needs of the individual and the importance personnel play in the workplace. Starbucks coffee in the breakroom. Great bonus program and a very fair compensation package. Medallion has an extremely pleasant, clean, up-to-date office and work environments. This company is on the cutting edge of technology and innovation.

Cons

Workload can get a bit excessive depending on the time (especially during new product design cycles or launches)
