      Pros

      Small company, some nice people.

      Cons

      Low pay, horrible managers, and lack of empathy. Random layoffs/firings. Random shutdowns. Salaried employees that talk down too others and dont pickup after themselves. Constant knowledge the company is trying to be sold (walk throughs from possible buyouts)

      Pros

      Great people to work with. Mostly laid back atmosphere. Very hands on work. Opportunities to try different tasks outside of job description.

      Low compensation packages. Company is loosely structured and to lax, keeping it from becoming a potential top tier business.

      Pros

      Great co workers and fairly easy jobs.

      Cons

      Unfair firing, some employees have more points than I did, but are still employed. I became very sick and spent 2 weeks in the ICU, and while there received a termination letter. I fully believe it was because I was injured on the job prior to becoming sick, and had to have surgery because of the injury.
