Fantastic people all around. Everyone was very warm and engaged even while remote. The heart of this company is serving patient and that is reflected at every level in the company.

Cons

Haven't seen a con yet, for still being in the start-up phase every piece of the machine is surprisingly well oiled.

The people I work with are amazing. Love the flexibility of working 100% remote. Employees are willing to help each other out and recognize each other for accomplishments

Cons

Little transparency from exec team about decisions that are made, people are silently let go with no explanation or announcement to the rest of the company, senior leaders and CEO lie to employees, lack of diversity among leadership
