Great pay at an organisation that care about growing its people.

Pros

If your nights and weekends are clear and motivated to do all 2 shifts you will be rewarded, loved all my employees and miss them dearly, I had to leave and move back home to NY but I would do it again no hesitation

Cons

Make sure that you vet some of the people you hire so you don't end up with snakes that only know how to hide behind a computer screen. You go out of your way to accommodate everyone

Pros

Decent coworkers Pay has improved since I left

Cons

I was hired as a bartender then told after a month they wouldn't be training me to be a bartender. The next day I went in and they had me cover the bar with like 10 minutes of training and not being compensated for that position They fired a lead for complaining about changing the payday with no warning causing employees to be behind on payments

Love working here. Managers help you succeed . Really easy to move up and advance into the next position. Also employees get to have a lot of vacation time

None everything is wonderful. Keep being amazing.
