Benefits and Work from home, but otherwise I can't say to many good things.

Cons

The company has just gone downhill in the last 4 years i've worked here. The acquisition from GoDaddy is now really taking effect and overall morale of the other agents is just so low. No one wants to work, no one wants to do tickets or anything because what's the point? It's not a good place to be right now.
