      Pros

      Great people, very sociable, tightly knit. Good work life balance, and the original leadership were strong. Very good payment, raises and bonuses.

      Cons

      Were taken over by venture capitalists that changed the working environment for the worst eliminating most of the above pros, and made layoffs that were not conducted according to UK employment laws.
