Pros
Plenty of overtime. Pay is great ! I made over 104K in 2022
Cons
No PTO, no vacation roll over. Insurance sucks, dangerous working 72 and 96 hour shifts with no sleep. Wore out trucks. Pay is great though. They give you cash bonuses for gas and if you threaten to quit. They never drug test. I made 104K in 2022 looking to go elsewhere though. Employee’s drive from hundreds of miles to work here, I don’t get it are they getting paid more than me ?
