free coffee nice people within the company some managers allow flexible work schedule job growth in some departments

Cons

depends on department you're in zero job growth if you're not in the right group blatant nepotism and favoritism

Pros

Most of the people are noce to work with.

Cons

Poor management pouring all the company profits into R&D for product competition have already developed and released. Most product takes years to release unlike competition and they hire more R&D people instead of the right R&D engineers to develop the product. They have become experts at developing product no one wants.
