20 days PTO. Great gym and cafe on site. Fairly relaxed atmosphere. Public transit is easily accessible.

Cons

Seems hard to advance professionally (although many people look to advance by applying to other departments). Departments don't communicate well (but that's probably the case at a lot of places).
