      I beleive the company truely cares about the health and well being of their employees.

      They will give you a chance for a job there even if you don't have medical experience but you need to know the right people for advancement.

      Cons

      Not being promoted if supervisor didn't really care about you and some people can wok from home while others can't .

      Pros

      Good place to shuffle papers until retirement.

      Cons

      It’s a great place to work if you’ve been there for twenty or more years. Not so good for new or younger employees. Some of the old-timers have a civil service mentality that makes them uncooperative and resistant to change. They also have a vast sense of entitlement which can sometimes be amusing. There are some good employees, but there is also a lot of dead wood. As another reviewer remarked, don’t expect any professional development or opportunities for advancement.
