      Great pay and benefits. Many community outreach and involvement events where employees can bring their families to participate. Numerous departments and job opportunities within the company.

      Cons

      Often seems that getting these positions comes down to who you know. Lack of important system training in some positions can keep employees from advancing their careers within the company.

      Pros

      since it is a Insurance company you will have their benefits and the facility is nice.

      Cons

      You can get blackballed because it is about who likes you not your work ethic and job performance.. MMO has terrible recruitment practices...it maybe 1 good recruiter there ...I had a recruiter tell me I should look for a job outside of the company...while I was trying for promotion! No encouragement, slow response and unprofessional...it you are looking for career advancement look elsewhere!
