Pros

Met lots of people. Work was interesting. Interacted with all areas of hospital. Organized fund raisers. Was able to use my writing skills in preparing and executing Policies and Procedures.

Cons

Not given much direction. My job was expected but no appreciation was ever shown. I did my job excellently regardless.
