      Good benefits, flexible schedule. Aetna stock doing very well.

      Cons

      Infighting between development and operations causes constant strain. Makes it difficult to get anything done.

      Pros

      Medicity is small enough that you can make an impact and large enough that the impact matters. There is enormous opportunity to become something great and really change the way healthcare data is shared.

      Cons

      Medicity is driven by 3-4 large clients at the expense of everything else include the future of the company. This model will make it increasingly difficult to adapt to a changing market.

      Pros

      The workers really want the best for each other and clients. Free drinks.

      Cons

      Management is unprofessional and volatile. They don't keep promises. Too much favoritism. Communication is very poor. No HR in the office so it's easier for management to ignore personnel issues, and easier for management to get away with poor treatment of employees.
