I worked for the company for over 8 years. The company is very fast growing company and it comes with great health benefits and that's about it.

Cons

low salaries, but very high expectations. Management is lacking guidance and can be very demanding with high expectations and unrealistic goals.

Salary compensation is decent but declining Unlimited pto that is almost impossible to take Fast paced

Cons

You will work 24/7 and still won’t be able to achieve all the expectations set for you. They tell you they care and offer wellness benefits but that is to be done on top of the work you have. It’s an old boys network in top management so forget moving up unless you are a white male. Too many times I’ve heard comments about how men in management don’t believe highly talented women couldn’t do it. They don’t like people to stay long and do things to encourage turnover as a regular practice. Processes, plans, vision changes by the minute
