      Pros

      Work from home was useful if the weather & driving conditions were not advised.

      Cons

      There was no room for growth. Though the organization had many internal job postings, when I applied my current supervisor or his report were not willing to see me move forward. There is prejudice & favoritism in this company.

      Early on you will get to learn a lot. Great co-workers. Smart and supportive.

      Cons

      Managers are out of touch and senior managers are very out of touch. The same mistakes are made repeatedly, no suggestion box
