      Good ideas, but too many politics- toxic culture

      - flexible working time - relatively good salaries

      Cons

      - people get promoted not by merit but based on the connections in the company - politics - best technical projects are in USA - offshore teams in India slow down the development

      New building with nice view.

      Cons

      They don't care about employees career, except favourites. A lot of politics with little or no right to actually support. You are mostly seen as a resource that needs to fill gaps, with no chance to follow what they advertise in their job specs.

      Pros

      Good fast paced environment, great colleagues, good work culture , friendly, and wonderful new offices. You can be sure to remain at the "cutting edge" of any thing new in clinical technologies with this Company. Expect something new everyday, and lots of excitement at all times, with lots to learn at all levels. There is a lot of communication from the top down, and the management does a great job in keeping the environment charged up

      Cons

      This is a growing company, and if you move from a larger company to this one, don't expect everything to be honed to perfection. Internal systems get changed quite frequently, but in a way that's probably part of their growing up.
