      Politics and now room to grow

      Pros

      WFH and the BRGs they offer. Some people are really motivated and ready to help

      Cons

      Senior Management constantly changes the directions. Middle Management isn't competent. They run with favoritism. No promotions for skill and talent. You must be a suck up if you want to quickly get promotoed

      A company not worth pursuing

      Pros

      The salary was competitive. Benefits were pretty good. Unlimited PTO.

      Cons

      It's a horrible company for growth. Management does not care and doesn't do anything for personal development. HR is AWFUL and does not do anything at all if you are having problems with your manager. There are no processes that are stable. A project gets started and almost never completes. It's a mess of a place. You may work hard, but may not get recognized. Even if you get unlimited PTO, you may not have time to take it.

      Unlimited PTO, nice colleagues, used to be a good company to work for

      incompetent upper and middle management, brain drain going on since acquisition, rude and micromanaging bosses, increasingly bureaucratic process, increasing outsourcing and removing R&D resources needed to build quality products, worsening benefits and stingy compensation
