Where do I start?! I agree with one review here that says it is a sink or swim company and that you are thrown at the deep end of the pool and if you sink too bad for you but if you can swim, there you go, you will survive. The manager doesn't really care about the job. They just wanted you to do it. Other people in the company are very toxic people. Whatever they say goes. Other people don't dare challenge them. Some managers agree to what the other managers say to keep the peace and were not willing to fight for their staff. Some managers bully employees whether intentional or not is another thing. They don't have clear management direction on some of the jobs and what they need to do. Some people's mental health were at stake while working here. Think twice before you join this company.

Leadership living in the past, complete inability to lead. Pay not at all in line with the current market, pay reviews are pretty much non existent for instance no inflation factored in whatsoever. Promotions are scarce and decided by internal politics. Complex team structure with little understanding as to what certain teams actually do. Management blind to any issues within teams even when blatantly raised to them. Any changes in org or teams take many months to implement as they must be approved by the parent company.
