The only downside I can think of and even that isn't the best phrase here, is the volume of learning labs you have to complete in the onboarding period. The learning labs are a great resource to learn about the breadth and depth of the company, and if you're a curious person like me, then act as a great foundation to support networking conversations and possible collaborative working. Although at some points it does get over whelming due to how much you need to do in the allocated timelines and you do question how much you have actually retained based on learning so much so soon. The good thing about the learning labs, is you can always reference back to them and go over the learning again if needed. Other than that, I'm pleased with everything else.
