Business Outlook
Pros
Nice workspace with showers and a good great room. Mostly good people. Benefits were decent. Really fun parties every few weeks or so.
Cons
There are good projects and awful ones. Pay was less than other places in NYC. There are better benefits offered, elsewhere. The company is going through a large management shift. Unlimited PTO really has to be earned and it doesn't really exist on most teams. Most directors won't give you more than 3-4 weeks. You can work from home, but that some how has to be earned as well. High expectations lead you to learn fast, but you may also end up working longer than you ever expected.
