Medidata has always encouraged a culture of valuing contributions from all levels within and across our teams. Additionally, we believe that progress comes through growth and development of our people via ongoing career planning. Whilst career conversations are primarily owned by the individual and their manager, Medidata also provides regular sessions on career planning alongside multiple learning resources. This allows employees to constantly learn new skills, acquire knowledge and actively manage their careers.
We truly value the candid feedback from employees we receive through different communication channels and also through our engagement survey which has just taken place.
