      Was flourish but become worse than ever.

      Pros

      Industry average pay, great PTO.

      Cons

      Senior leadership are not addressing business challenges, not helping employee's escalation but playing politics and keep pushing numbers. Poor management and capabilities in developing products to delivery solutions. After merge with the French big, the push gets stronger and many smart people have been leaving.
