      Pros

      Medidata has a great company culture and work environment. The managers and staff are friendly and professional and there are flexible work options including work from home depending upon the position.

      Cons

      For my particular position it was required that I take an hour unpaid lunch each day. The break was nice, but I might have preferred a shorter lunch for a shorter day.

      Infrastructure for business processes could improve. Slowly transitioning system processes from that of a startup, to a big corporation.
