      Pros

      Medidata is a fast paced, fast growing tech company. There are many opportunities for advancement and change. If you ware willing to self-motivate and tackle hard problems with grace, there is success awaiting you at Medidata. I've been a customer and an employee and I love Medidata from both perspectives.

      Cons

      "Work hard, play hard" - it can be too easy to only work hard and forget to take care of your work/life balance. Medidata fully supports a good balance, but it's easy to individually lose track of that.

      Pros

      Fun, entrepreneurial atmosphere; ready access to senior executives; collaborative and team-oriented colleagues; no lack of interesting and challenging projects to work on; invigorating company aiming for a higher purpose: "Powering smarter treatments and healthier people."

      Cons

      You get about one year to prove yourself. (Not a negative on its own.) However, you're not going to get a lot of specific direction on what "excellence" looks like. Meaning, you better be smart and aggressive and move fast on your own.

      Humility has been replaced with arrogance. The culture that made the company a success is hard to find. The working environment is overly stressful.
