      Pros

      Excellent and most welcoming company I have worked with. Very positive and inclusive of it staff. Plenty of social events and team building. Opporunities to grow ones career.

      Cons

      Since Dassault Systems takeover, the company culture has changed during this transition. Some of its character has dissipated and diluted ....but I am sure over time the old Medidata feeling will prevail.

      Feel the difference between training and practical work

      Pros

      There are many training course for new comer and it is easy to understand the training contents.

      Cons

      I recently assigned a project but the members always use the terms and abbreviations. I struggle to understand the content as the other members proceed on the assumption that we already know the content. There is a little difficulty in understanding the content.
