      Highly motivated employees Clear vision by C-Suite Still run by founders so that love and passion is still part of the culture

      Cons

      No work life balance, if you are not ready to work 15 hour days, don't bother applying Too much middle management and no real path to complete the goals set by upper management Many managers should not be people managers

      Pros

      The life work balance is great. Nice office space and very good non management employees. The company has great potential when it grows up.

      Cons

      Don't make mistake or will be fired, unless you're in R&D and write bad code. Way too many managers, and VPs just a waste of money since they are not technical nor know how to manage. To much back staving by managers to save themselves. No promotions unless you work in NYC office. The unlimited PTO might seem great unless you don't use it and then are fired because you will leave with ZERO money.
