      There's been increased focus on data-driven decision making the past few years, and the company is willing to completely leave behind old methods that weren't working for exciting new opportunities. It's been a very creative time to be part of Medidata. For those keen to grow a career, Medidata is a great place to do so.

      Cons

      There is a lot of variance in how stressful different teams can be. Sometimes the drive to succeed no matter what is healthy, and sometimes it's not. A good team is gold.
