      Slow descent into a toxic bureaucratic mess

      - The people are the life blood of the organisation

      Cons

      - Dassault takeover destroyed the company culture - IBM cronyism (seriously, look at all the VPs on LinkedIn) - Incompetent senior leadership who are stuck in the dark ages - VPs with preconceptions of how things should be, despite nothing being official process - Dreadful sales compensation team who can't do anything right and want to pay out as little money as possible and hike your target as high as they can, constantly overpaying then asking for the money back - Dassault products are terrible, boring and not what anyone signed up for - Change, change, change, change - HR is bad
