      Limited resourcing, expected to do more with less people. Will cut you if you train someone to do your job.

      Great moral company with fantastic people. Great conversations and every day is interesting

      Cons

      No growth opp's, high turnover rate. Raises are few and far between. Shift in company goals from quarter to quarter and changing targets never allows for consistency within organization. Once had a fun culture but has devolved into what feels incredibly corporate. If you are looking to go somewhere and grow this is not the place for you. If you are looking to stay in the same spot for 3+ years at a place with great benefits, and somewhere that is morally upstanding I can't recommend it enough.
