      Pros

      People, energy and overall market space are fabulous Very profitable with focus on innovation and launching cutting edge technology CEO and President are visionaries and very inspiring

      Cons

      Sales org lacks true professional leadership at most senior levels Lack of any business operational excellence or even interest in adhering to process Run and gun - work harder not smarter is the mantra which burns people out What is said "lets scale the business" is not what is done or acted upon "keep grinding it out"

      Great environment, beautiful office with patio, great people, enthusiastic culture, inspiring leaders, wonderful executive staff, unlimited PTO, unlimited coffee :)

      Cons

      People work long hours and you are expected to do the same.

      Pros

      Great work-life balance, unlimited PTO, freedom to work from home. Great diversity. Treats engineers well. Standing desks. Does good for the world.

      Cons

      Large, corporate-feeling company can mean there's not a lot of visibility for what's happening elsewhere in the company or up above. Not too many hip perks compared to smaller tech companies and startups like food in office or cozy workspaces.

      Thank you for your response and highlighting some of our great benefits. One thing we live and breathe is our culture. We do our very best to keep our “startup” feel and provide endless opportunity for our employees to stand out with the exceptional work they do. With our “no dress code” policy, we like our employees to feel comfortable at work. While we don’t have a chef in our kitchen, we do have food in the office many times a week, and our employees never go hungry!
