      Good company. Good overall benefits. New initiatives and product launches. Exciting if you want to learn new products all the time.

      Cons

      very slow growth. Benefits could be better. career paths not clearly defined. Could take years to get promoted.

      Pros

      The company mission is something you can really get behind and feel good about. The culture is extremely laid back and relaxed, and the majority of the people are awesome to work with and super smart. The CEO and President are fantastic, and most of the exec team is A+.

      Cons

      You need to be completely adaptable to work here. Things change often and the pace is extremely fast. While most people are great to work with, some managers are God awful and literally drive great talent out of the organization.
