      3DS has taken over and ruined Medidata. Poor leadership, no raises in 4 years. Constant layoffs.

      great people, flexible pto (at least while i was there)

      Cons

      enforced RTO 3x a week for those outside the 25mile radius, without considering commute time (commute can take more than an hour even if it's under 25 miles). most of my team was remote so I was going into the office to take zoom calls which I thought was counterproductive. not much room for growth. too many products that are not scalable. sales gets too many contracts signed without fully understanding what should be considered in and out of scope.

      Unlimited PTO, strong individual contributors that carry certain departments.

      Cons

      Extreme disconnect across the company regarding priorities. A lot of “moving the goal post” and playing favorites. People seem to fall upwards here.
