Pros
My direct manager was great to work with and supportive of my growth. They cared deeply for my interests in work that excited me and pushing me into leadership role.
Cons
My manager got pushed out by senior leadership. There are often folks leading functions that are not skilled, lack the experience, and are unwilling to learn the area which they are given to manage, often destroying the very function and progress that has been made. There is a culture of favorites and entitled people here as wella s lack of transparency from leadership. *one of the worst organizations I have worked for*
