      Pros

      - Fair compensation - Excellent employee benefits - liberal PTO, time off policy - Expanded market reach due to acquisition by Dessault Systems

      Cons

      - management mantra - "you scratch my back, I scratch yours". - very limited opportunities for advancement (depends on who you know) which is not merit/performance based - Long term company vision has not trickled down to different levels of management and to their direct reports i.e. they are all not singing the same song

      Everyone I’ve met seems ready and willing to lend a hand, whether it’s related to client engagement or onboarding.

      Cons

      The culture at Medidata is fantastic. However, it seems to be somewhat in conflict with that of its parent company.
