      Pros

      Tech company atmosphere. Unlimited PTO, casual work attire. Great people, great company parties.

      Cons

      Pertaining to FP&A and Finance dept specifically, high deliverables with often no understanding of process to get there, or lack of manpower to complete without working in overdrive. Too many unnecessary 'firedrills' on a daily basis. Tout work/life balance but seems to be other departments except FP&A.

      Medidata is a great company overall; great benefits and great office.

      Cons

      Overall communication is terrible which creates a disconnect between departments. No specific training for required job duties.

      The founders of the company are really inspiring leaders. I feel proud to work for them
