you have to love helping people and be a cheerleader to your members. that is the only pro to working for Medifast, the members.

Cons

never provide raises, micro management, sales are a HUGE part, and no respect for their employees.

Pros

Experience working with individuals on weigh loss and behavioral changes. If you are up for challenging yourself you can also gain sales experience. Great for gaining experience in the health and wellness field if you are unsure of your next move after college.

Cons

pay is very low! No matter what level you are. Commissions are not competitive either.
