      Only positive thing about this job is helping people.

      Cons

      Constant pressure to sell processed food to people. Most corporate centers closed, others were bought by a company from Mexico.

      Helps build your resume and you gain alot of experience wearing multiple hats in the organization. Nice benefits.

      Cons

      No room for growth. Low compensation. Horrible communication between channels. No direction as a company. Horrible incentives. EXTREMELY Low retention rate.

      slight higher than minimum wage

      Cons

      Really low pay with non existent raise nor bonus. Management is the worst part of the whole job. Lots of unfairness. Typical corporate environment minus the pay. All about selling the product zero about the client and even less about the actual workers. Turn around is so high you can't even remember the names of the people you work with week to week.
