Medifast is a wonderful, fulfilling place to work. It's great to know that you're working for a company that's transforming lives with its products and programs. In particular, the Take Shape For Life division is an exciting, challenging place to work, where you'll support thousands of Health Coaches on a mission to get America healthy. Best of all, everyone who works here, even the senior leadership, are extremely friendly and caring. On a separate note, the employee benefits are fantastic. The free product and free health and fitness center available to employees, including complimentary personal training appointments, are an amazing, cost-saving benefit. Being able to work out on my lunch break and spend more time with my family in the evenings is an invaluable luxury.

The company provides fantastic benefits including free products, free access to a gym, tuition reimbursement, and flexible hours to help balance work & family. I love the people I work with and we work as team! Fun company events, as well as volunteering to help the community. Medifast has a unique background and is very focused and driven to making a difference in people's lives. It's rewarding to see how far the company has come and being a part of its success!
