I joined Medifast about two years ago and I am very happy about it. Medifast is a young, dynamic company where the working environment has attained a good balance between institutional and family business cultures; this naturally motivates me to do my best. Our leadership recognizes the importance of talent and professional development and provides us several options for training and development. I like the fact that given the state of development of the company there are many opportunities for employees to make significant contributions to the overall business performance regardless of their position in the organization chart. Here you are quickly known by everybody and you call them and are called by your first name.

From Day 1 I knew Medifast was the right company for me! For as long as I can remember fitness, good health, and well being have been my foundation. So, it felt very rewarding to join an organization that had not only created a vision to get America Healthy, but was fully committed to that vision. Of the four channels here at Medifast I have had the opportunity to work within each one and gain insight and perspective into the values that the founder Michael McDonald instilled and are still evident today. Medifast is rooted in 'Good' people, doing 'Great' things! No matter how much the world at large changes, the people here at Medifast have always been the driving force propelling the company toward change and success. people
