      Pros

      Great benefits, generous PTO, great work/life balance. Working from home/remotely is acceptable occasionally as long as it's not taken advantage of. FREE personal training and gym membership! The company has a "family feel" as it is a family owned business. Management is approachable and open to new ideas. There are opportunities for advancement within the company and the salary is competitive. Opportunities to join committees and be involved in other areas of interest (health & wellness, events, community service, safety).
