Upper management had to work for their paycheck, in most cases it paid off. Due to the team work of their staff. The employees hired had so much potential and knowledge. So much talent that benefited the clients.

Cons

Hours, pay, expectations of employees, little support from upper management.

The Pay is good but

Cons

Some of the managers talk smart to you and try to belittle you also talk about you while standing near. Don't get sick cause you leave when they tell you to and then points you receive even with doctor notes. Overtime then no work, you can't rely on steady pay.
